The Egyptian government has offered tax incentives and streamlined visa processes for tech workers. The capital's smart infrastructure, including 5G coverage and IoT-enabled services, makes it an attractive proposition.

Over 15,000 tech jobs have been created in the first six months, with projections of 100,000 by 2028.
